We copy and paste your chosen text from your email onto the engraved item, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made. Unless a specific design is request, we will process your order to the layout and font that we feel works best.
The lead time for engraved products is from when all the required information is received to complete your order.
Dispatch times for our engraved items are 5 working days. This can be brought forward if required, please drop us a message via the Contact Us page on our website. This is an estimated lead time and we cannot be held responsible for delays while in transit.
Postage is free and is Royal Mail 2nd Class. We cant be held responsible for lost goods and proof of postage will be provided in this instance. As per Royal Mail guidelines, replacements for damaged goods will be re-sent 10 workings days after the expected delivery date.
We will try to accommodate refunds, unfortunately all personalised items are non returnable/refundable unless damaged. Refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us within 14 days from the expected delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
